Happy New Year friends!

Let's be real - how many times have you made a big list of goals, convinced this time everything would stick? We've all done it. New week, new season, fresh start. We go all in, then life happens, and those plans quietly fade away.

What oils support you when you have digestive issues ? I take a drop or two of each oil in a shot glass of water .

Daphne is from South Africa and Darrin from Zimbabwe. We love AFRICA,although we currently live in Calgary,Canada.

Like many, walked the road of life. LOTS of fun on the way, living in many different countries, loving life, loving people and offering hope through natural health and a relationship with God. Studied nutrition! Giving hope to others is my passion; spiritual, mental and physical! Add kids to the mix and a little or a lot of sewing and wooden sign making and I am one happy Mama!

8 years ago we went on a journey of changing our way of eating BIG time- gluten,dairy and refined sugar free (as much as much as possible ) with incorporating a lot of healthy fats- while still having a FUN life :) We hope we can inspire you to consider the fact that your health is the BIGGEST asset you have!

Darrin and I have an awesome friend! Together we know we rock a relationship and very healthy marriage and love giving what we have learned along the journey of life to others. As Blue diamond leaders with doTERRA we hope to inspire others with our journey.
