If you’re dealing with chronic pain or a limited range of motion, Michael Yanovski (RMT) offers a direct, assessment-based approach that helps clarify what’s actually driving the problem.

One tool Michael often uses is Trigger Point Therapy — focused work that helps reduce muscle overload and address referral pain (pain that shows up in a different area than the real source).

For joint pain (for example, hip pain), Michael can help assess whether the main driver is the joint itself or the surrounding soft tissues. In many cases, muscles and fascia around the joint strongly influence symptoms — and trigger points can play a major role.
