Whenever we grow, we usually need to let go of emotional attachments. Letting go can be painful. Sometimes growth allows us to deal with fear. All fear can fit into two categories: one, we’re going to lose something we have, and two, we’re not going to get something we want. Both of these categories can cause pain. The best way to grow is to pray to the Great Spirit and ask Him to guide and protect us. All growth is guided by God.

Protect your beautiful energy today and for the next few weeks. Give your worries to your Guardians Angels that is what they are there for. Please start practicing this. You will slowing feel your burdens lifted. Meditation or a quite moment will help with this. Meditation comes in many forms. A hot bath with hymalian salt, fire gazing or just a quiet moment. You are so worth it so please start practicing some of these techniques. After awhile it will all become natural for you.
This will help you for the weeks to come releasing some of your struggles.

Balance. Exhaustion is setting for quite a few of you who are reading this. A walk today and some down time might help with this. Enjoying the moment instead of moving on to the next without any thought for yourself. Remember you can not let your bright light shine if your to exhausted.

When you check your page and we all connect on here which is a good thing to keep those amazing vibes going. Please make sure you are keeping it positive , uplifting and grateful. Many times I have woken up to see negative and have unfollowed people who are perhaps not so happy. It’s important.

And has worked wonders for my spirituality which spreads to many because they have spread it to me.

Good morning to everyone following on my page. I do believe I need to start sharing more on here and will start doing so on the near future. Please remember that your angels are speaking with you while you dream so sleep is important.
For the past week my dreams have been amazing and all to do with higher self. One night Astro plaining next night water. I love heights and love going higher.
Last night I need to share what I saw above the clouds.
Debris in the clouds and I was dodging it so my message is clear today and for the next while for myself perhaps for you to. Pollution and recycling and cutting it back. Very passionate about this cause and our beautiful planet.
The message for you is perhaps the same and I know a few of you out there are feeling and sensing this.
Also cleaning up some bad habits and not wanting to let go.
It’s time to revisit this and find the strength from above and ask your Angel’s for some help with this. They are there willing to help you just need to ask. Love and light always. 🙏💚💜
