The onset of the season feels like a new chapter and we can honor it by showing up with an open heart.

Solstice means "sun stand still.โ€

The change of seasons offers an auspicious time to take a step back, to stand still with the sun, to revisit some practices that bring peace, and to release what no longer serves us.

This is a perfect time to shed the old and enter the new chapter with greater alignment, authenticity and simplicity.

And to lift up other souls as we go. ๐Ÿ’›
