Why i am not at the hospital as much?? I have been a nurse since 2010... never gets easier. If anything it's gotten busier with less help and more demands. Acute care has turned into a hotel for waiting placement people. Nurses are there personal bum wipers and ice water servers. Family of these "patient" enjoy the easy access to using nurses as there personal stress relief punching bags.my home life and business is so relaxing and fun in comparison. Nurse burnout is a real thing. Be kind to everyone
