Welcome Shaleena!

My name is Shaleena, I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton, Alberta, in 2022. With nearly three years of experience in practice, I am passionate about supporting my clients, whatever their needs may be. My longstanding interest in the human body and its function naturally led me to the field of massage therapy. I take joy in creating a relaxing space for my clients to rest & recharge, knowing I can provide someone with a small escape from the stressors of their life is a very rewarding feeling.

I offer a range of massage modalities, including:
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Relaxation Massage
• Child, Youth, & Teen Massage (ages 6–17)
• Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Massage
• Silicone Cupping Therapy

• Tuesday & Thursday: 1:00–9:00 PM
• Wednesday & Friday: 3:30–9:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00–8:00 PM

**I am currently advancing my training in RAPID Neurofascial Reset, a therapeutic technique designed to quickly decrease pain and restore mobility by targeting fascial, muscular, and neural tissues. This service will be available in the near future—stay tuned for updates!
