Over the weekend we had the pleasure of watching two of our Shift Athletes compete in the Toronto Pro Supershow Pro Qualifiers. Both Ashely and Bry brought phenomenal packages placing 3rd and 4th in their respective division classes.

Watching these two work over the last few years, all the blood sweat and tears put into this has truly shown the level of dedication and commitment we should all strive for.

Ashley and Bry you are truly astounding and an inspiration to us all.

We are so proud of you! ❤️
