Do you suffer from pain and stiffness in your knees or hips? 

OrthoPT offers the GLAD Canada program for osteoarthritis. 

The program runs twice a week for 6 weeks, in small groups of around 5 participants. 

The GLAD program has helped many patients…
-reduce their pain
-reduce reliance on pain medication
-increase muscular strength
-improve exercise tolerance 
-improve their quality of life
