✨ Friendly Reminder: My 24-Hour Cancellation Policy ✨

This is not an easy post to make, but August among others has been tough with no shows/late cancellations, and moving forward my cancellation policy is going to be enforced. It’s not personal, but my livelihood depends on it.

As much as I care about my clients and understand that life happens, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect my livelihood. For this reason, I am now strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy — no exceptions.

Here’s how it works:
✅ Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice – No fee
⚠️ Less than 24 hours – Fee applies (details in post)
❌ No-shows – Full session fee required before rebooking

👉 Please remember: Insurance does not cover missed appointment fees. Attempting to bill them is insurance fraud and puts my career at risk — I won’t tolerate it.

💡 Tip: If something comes up last minute, you’re welcome to send a friend or family member in your place to avoid a fee!

Woweeeee what a start to summer 😍!!

With everyone being busy and enjoying their summer and taking much needed vacations, I am so grateful for everyone who took time to make their self care a priority thus far.
July was the first month in a long time I had no last minute cancellations and zero shows !!

As being a self employed business owner in uncertain economic times, I feel so grateful for the continued trust you put in me, the constant referrals and the consistent clientele I have. I’m feeling super grateful !

HOLD THE PHONE ☎️

I am going on vacation! I will be out of the office from April 21st-April 29th 2025

This will be the 2nd time I’ve taken a week off in my 4 years of being an RMT. 🤯

That being said, if you need a massage I have a FEW spots left before I leave.

I’ll be back in the office treating Wednesday April 30th.

And to the people who reached out offering me space in their clinic to treat if the power outage continued longer, you are amazing humans.

I’m truly lucky to have met such amazing humans here in Barrie! Thank you to everyone!

Forever one of the greatest ❤️ you will be missed best friend

Brock Wrestling is deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved teammate, athlete, coach and friend Michelle Fazzari. While we are devastated by this loss, we celebrate the legacy she left both on and off the mat. Michelle left an indelible impact on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will never be forgotten. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Fazzari and Hudson families. Rest in peace Champion.

📢 There will be a small fee increase📢

Effective April 1st, 2024, there will be a modest adjustment to my massage therapy rates. In order to continue providing top-notch service and investing in ongoing training and enhancements, I will be increasing our rates by $5 per session. 💆‍♂️💆‍♀️

I am committed to offering you the highest level of care and ensuring that each massage session is tailored to meet your specific needs. This adjustment allows myself to maintain the quality and integrity of my services while keeping up with all the rising costs associated with running my solo practice.
