My journey into healthcare began with a fascination for the biochemistry of nutrition—how the food we eat literally becomes us at a cellular level. This curiosity led me through the science of Dietetics, into the high-performance wo

rld of Olympic sports nutrition, and ultimately to Naturopathic Medicine where I could integrate it all. I've spent years working in obesity medicine and sports performance, witnessing firsthand how interconnected our physical and mental health truly are. Dr. Nicole Jolliffe is a Naturopathic Doctor. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) 2025. Prior to this, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry Nutrition from Memorial University, a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Acadia University, and a Graduate Diploma in High Performance Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee.

I’m Dr. Nicole Jolliffe, ND — and I’m so glad you’re here! 👋

My journey into health started with a deep curiosity about nutrition and biochemistry — how the food we eat literally shapes us at a cellular level. That curiosity took me through a BSc in Biochemistry Nutrition, a BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics, an IOC sports nutrition diploma, and ultimately to Naturopathic Medicine, where I could bring it all together.

I’m passionate about:

I believe that when we treat the whole person — sleep, stress, movement, and nourishment — we don’t just manage symptoms. We transform lives.
