๐Ÿ’ฎRed Clover is commonly prescribed by herbal practitioners for respiratory conditions such as; whooping cough, bronchitis, asthma and colds. Because of its ability to calm bronchial spasms and improved sleep quality it is an excellent herb to take before bedtime to alleviate coughing in ones sleep.
Traditionally, red clover has been considered a blood purifier, it refers to the specific ability to remove unwanted toxins (dead tissue, inflammatory molecules) from the blood through lymphatic stimulation.
Red clover is useful in the treatment in womenโ€™s health conditions with either estrogen deficiency and estrogen excess. Red clover contains chemical called phytoestrogens that actually binds and activates the estrogen receptor.

Eating too much sugar can make you gain weight and can also cause tooth decay.
High amounts of sugar overload the liver.
Consuming too much added sugar can raise blood pressure and increase chronic inflammation, both of which are pathways to heart disease.

Coffee with heavy cream and sugar, Orange Juice, Soda, Energy drinks, Alcohol, Pastries, Candies, Bread, Pasta, Granola Bars, Sweet Yogurt are only a few of the foods many consume every day that are loaded with sugars.

Start small and change your habits day by day.
Quit the added sugars and opt for naturally occurring sugars in fruits and vegetables.
