‼️‼️If you sit like this while in the car you may want to come in for an osteopathic assessment & treatment ‼️‼️

🚗Sitting with one leg bent and the other stretched out causes a side bending and rotation in the lower back
🚗Leaning on the center console can cause a side bending and rotation in the middle/lower back
🚗Placing your foot out the window when you drive exaggerates everything above (also just don’t do this when you drive 🤦🏻‍♀️
🚗Driving with one hand on the wheel makes you more likely to lean to one side. Therefore causing that side bending and rotation in your upper and middle back, as well as shoulder dysfunctions.
