Being a part of a group has many benefits. Here are a few:

3-Opportunity for peer support
4- Diversity of experience can spark new ideas of coping
5- Building strong relationship Skills
6- Cost Effective - group therapy is approximately 16 hours of therapy, individually this would cost thousands. Try group therapy to save $ and still have effective lasting results.
