Please note:
• Availability is limited
• ODSP recipients may be eligible for 8 free sessions
• Reduced-rate counselling options are also available

A message from our CEO:

As we welcome a new year, I am filled with gratitude for the journey Mind 2 Heart has taken and for each of you who has been part of our story. This January marks our second anniversary, and looking back, I am humbled by the trust, courage, and resilience we have witnessed in our community.

From the very beginning, our vision has been to create a safe space for growing minds and hearts — a place where every individual feels seen, valued, and supported. Over the past two years, we have expanded our programs, doubled our space, and most importantly, deepened our connections with families and individuals who remind us every day why this work matters.

As we step into this new year, we do so with hope, compassion, and a continued commitment to walking alongside you through life’s challenges and joys. Thank you for being part of the Mind 2 Heart community — we would not be here without you.

Here’s to a year of resilience, connection, and meaningful growth.

NeuroNest Saturday mornings are designed for children who benefit from mental health support, self-regulation tools, belonging, and supported social communication—all within a warm, neuroaffirming environment that celebrates each child’s strengths and needs.

This is a small-group therapeutic program run by Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) under the supervision of an MSW Clinical Supervisor, and qualifies for:
Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding
Private Health Insurance under Group Therapy

Affordable Counselling – New Spots Opening in 2026
