Hello everyone, It's been some time since we've posted here, we wanted to reach out and share an important update. The Family Mental Health Initiative has evolved and is now part of the newly redesigned Family Support Program at CMHA Simcoe County branch. Our commitment to families hasn't changed - we're still here to listen, support and assist in navigating the mental health and addiction system. We know many families have connected with us through this page in the past, and we want to make sure you can continue to find us. While this page will no longer be active, you can learn more about our current services, staff, and ways to connect in our new Family Support Program brochure. Exciting News! Family Mental Health Initiative (FMHI) will be moving all social media posts to CMHA Simcoe County's accounts starting August 1, 2025. A second monthly family support group meeting has been added. Meetings will be offered on the First Tuesday and Third Monday of each month from 6pm-8pm. Both meetings are hybrid, online via Ontario Telemedicine Network and in-person in Barrie. Registration process is listed on the poster.
