Integrated Health Connections Dr. Sarah been providing family care from head to toe in Barrie, Ontario since 2004.

She is passionate about educating and empowering individuals to take control of their health journey and recognizes that when we meet each person is at a different stage and usually has room for improvement. Looking beyond the problem to address the whole person treatments are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual whether pregnant woman, infant/child or senior. She has extensive experience working with athletes from all levels; weekend warriors, Olympians, Ironman athletes, marathoners and dancers. She uses a combination of various chiropractic techniques, soft tissue release, acupuncture, orthotics, activator, kinesio taping, strength & stretching programs. She also fits and dispenses medical grade compression socks. In addition to Chiropractic, Integrated Health Connections offers; Registered Massage Therapy, Cupping, Acupuncture, Compression Socks and Orthtoics. Go Jays! I would like to request that they coordinate the World Series around my eldest’s hockey schedule. Small ask, I know. I haven’t missed any of his livestreams and intend not to tonight either. Rigging up multiple devices and really pushing my IT skills to the limit. Worth it. ❤️ (oh and, AI image generation of me!).

Recipient of a random act of kindness!… arrived at work this morning to a plastic shoe horn left hanging on our door k**b. ❤️ I had mentioned in passing to a patient that my current shoe horn is heavy metal and as a result this “weapon” needs to live in a cabinet which is not readily accessible or handy. So thoughtful and kind - made me smile all day. Never underestimate the impact kindness can have on someone. Wishing everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Cowal World Highland Finals: Thank you for your messages Camryn read them all. She fulfilled another dream by being called back in a lethal set of accomplished dancers Saturday. We are coming home emotional exhausted with full hearts. Managed to keep my “ugly cries” in private! ❤️

Celebrating our 10th year in business! A wonderful milestone to reflect and be grateful. Thank you to those who believed in us when we opened, who supported us through Covid and now we lean on you as road construction tests yours and our last reserves. Thank you never really feels enough. We love what we do! Whether new to us or with us through the years, we appreciate your support, trust and loyalty. ❤️

Tomorrow is Tianna’s first day with us! Thank you for supporting her as well as the rest of our team. Working together, each of our three massage therapists offer a unique skill set from deep tissue to relaxation, cupping, medical acupuncture, stretching and Neurofascial release. Offering morning and evening appointments every day of the week, including some weekends!

One compliment our clinic routinely receives is that it feels like home! We love what we do. Thank you for choosing and supporting our clinic!

If ever you found a rock in your shoe… you’ve found our clinic! Children (and teenagers) delight in hiding rocks inside their parent’s shoe. One patient since he could walk has taken a rock home with him after each visit.
