My jaw has been teaching me something.

After surgical debridement, the pain was intense.

But that’s not the revelation.

The revelation is this:

When I relax my jaw…
time expands.

The trigeminal nerve stops throbbing.
My shoulders drop.
My breath deepens.
My body settles.

And suddenly the mind stops shouting:

ā€œYou’re late.ā€
ā€œHurry.ā€
ā€œYou’re behind.ā€

Hurriedness isn’t about time.

It’s about a nervous system braced for emergency.

When I soften my jaw, I send one clear message:

There is no emergency.

And when there is no emergency, sovereignty returns.

Regulated leadership.
Clarity.
Power without adrenaline.

Yes, I’m supporting healing with frequencies — PEMF, red light, ionic support — they’re incredible for tissue repair and pain regulation.

But here’s the mic drop:

When the body shifts from urgency to safety, its frequency changes — and time expands.

That’s not woo.

That’s physiology.

If you feel rushed today…
Unclench your jaw.
Drop your tongue.
Exhale.

Then ask yourself:

Is there actually an emergency right now?

Most of the time… there isn’t.

And that’s where your power lives.

So… what is ā€œpalmingā€?

We’ve all probably done it without thinking — placing our hands over our eyes when we’re tired, frustrated, or overwhelmed. That instinctive gesture is actually one of the most naturally calming things we can do for our eyes. And relaxation is a cornerstone of supporting healthy vision.

Try it. It’s simple and deeply soothing.

šŸ™Œ Rest your elbows comfortably on a table or desk
šŸ™Œ Gently cover your closed eyes with your relaxed palms or the heel of your hands
šŸ™Œ Add a pillow under your elbows if needed to keep your back and shoulders relaxed
šŸ™Œ Breathe slowly and allow your eyes to soften

✨ While you palm, play a 12-minute SEFI vision support track or run an Inner Voice session.
The combination of darkness, warmth, breath, and calming frequencies creates a beautiful environment for the eyes and nervous system to fully let go.

Over 80 years ago, ophthalmologist William H. Bates explored how relaxation and rest could support vision. Palming — resting the eyes from all light stimulation — was one of the central practices in his work.

As you palm, notice what else begins to soften — jaw, neck, shoulders, even your breathing. Eyestrain is rarely just in the eyes. It often travels with the tension we carry throughout the body.

No need to overdo it.
Just a few minutes in the morning, at night, or during computer breaks can feel incredibly restorative over time.

If you try this daily, notice what shifts:
• Less eye fatigue
• Fewer headaches
• More comfort at the computer
• A deeper sense of calm

And for those exploring light support as well…

Adding about 2 minutes per eye with the AO red-light Infinity Illuminator (from about 12" away, eyes closed) can be another gentle way to support tired eyes.

Small daily habits.
Relaxation.
Frequency.
Light.
A beautiful little care routine for eyes that do so much for you. 🄰

People see me as a healer.
But I am also someone who had to heal.

I didn’t study meditation, Reiki, EFT, or BodyTalk out of curiosity.
I went searching because I was in pain.

Whiplash.
Carpal tunnel.
Frozen shoulders… three times.

Medications didn’t help my body the way I hoped. Most made things harder. So I started looking for other answers — not as a practitioner, but as a person who just wanted to get through the day.

I know what it’s like to struggle with simple things.
To not be able to lift your arm.
To hesitate before hugging your kids because of the pain.

These injuries don’t usually arrive all at once.
They take things away slowly.

First, it’s the small adjustments.
You stop reaching for the top shelf.
You switch arms to put on your seatbelt.
You can’t lift your hands high enough to wash or style your hair.
You roll onto the other side at night because the ache wakes you up.

You start to notice how much you relied on the fine motor skills you once took for granted.

Then the bigger losses begin.
You skip gardening.
You stop writing, reading, swimming.
You pass on playing with your children because the ache afterward isn’t worth it.

You cancel appointments because the waitlist is months long, or it’s just not in the budget right now.
So you learn to manage.
You adapt.
You tell yourself this is just part of getting older.

It feels random.
But it rarely is.
That’s the part most people miss.
Healing isn’t only physical.
It’s emotional.
It’s energetic.
And then the body begins to follow.

Thirty years ago, I used the tools I had. Today, we have even more support available.

I’m actually using PEMF, red light, and frequency support right now as I recover from recent surgery, and one of the most beautiful parts is this…

I don’t have to go anywhere.
No waiting rooms. No driving. Just gentle, consistent support.

These tools aren’t just for clinics anymore. You can have them at home too.

If your body has been quietly asking for help…
If you’re tired of just managing…

Message me šŸ  RELIEF and I’ll share how to start supporting your healing from home.

PAIN FEELS LIKE THIS…
Like a cat trying to stay inside a bowl it has clearly outgrown.

It’s familiar.
It once fit.
But now… it hurts.

More often than not, pain isn’t just physical.
It’s a signal.
A signal that something in your life, your body, or your energy hasn’t caught up to who you’ve become.

I’ve always seen pain as a kind of spiritual nudge.
A pause.
An invitation to look inward and listen.
Your body is saying:
ā€œThis no longer fits.ā€

For years, I helped people ā€œoutgrow the bowlā€ through hands-on sessions...
BodyTalk, energy work, deep listening.

And now, there’s another way.
Today, we can start that process right from home.
With the AO Scan, we can gently identify where your system is under pressure, where stress is building,
and where your body is asking for support… before it has to shout.

It’s like giving your body a voice.
And when your body is heard, it softens.

Relief doesn’t come from forcing yourself to stay where you don’t belong.
Sometimes it comes from allowing yourself to shift.

If you’re feeling stuck, compressed, or stretched beyond what feels natural…
maybe it’s time to step out of the bowl.

I’m here to help you find where the pressure is coming from...
and guide you back toward ease.

DM me if you’re ready to start listening to what your body has been trying to say. šŸ’›

Did you know Reiki, BodyTalk, and other forms of energy healing — including Soul Profiles, karmic clearings, and frequencies — can be shared with animals too?

And they don’t just accept it… they seek it out.

My dog once broke down the door to the Reiki room just to get into a session. My cats have tried to dig through the carpet to get under the door when they feel the energy and tones moving. They know when something soothing is happening.

Right now, look whose patiently waiting on the massage table PEMF mat...
ā€œNo clients? My turn.
Oh… you’re busy? I can wait.ā€

Animals don’t need an explanation.
They don’t question the science or the process.
They simply feel the calm in the room, the softness in the field, the gentle pull of loving intention and supportive frequencies.

Their nervous systems settle.
Their bodies relax.
Their eyes get soft.

They move toward what feels safe, balanced, and loving — every single time.

Sometimes I think they understand energy better than we do.
They just trust what they feel. 🐾

If your pet could use a little extra calm, comfort, or support, message me and I’ll share how animal sessions work. 🐾✨
Or simply comment ā€œPETā€ and I’ll reach out.

Love knows no boundaries.
Life may not be perfect,
but we still have lots to be grateful for.

I'm honestly tired of this Canadian winter this year, but I am grateful I have a roof over my head, central heat, running water, food, neighbours with snowblowers who dont mind digging me out, and my health.

Today the snow was perfect packing snow, the air was milder. Spring is declared March 20th, snow finally melts here by May 25th...looking forward to it.
Snow this year is too deep to even snowshoe.ā„ļøā˜ƒļøā„ļøā˜ƒļø

I am so grateful that I use the AO frequency scan every day...
Grateful it caught this early!

For two years, one small detail kept showing up in my dental scans.

Left side. Lower jaw. Inflammation: 9! No pain.
No swelling. Nothing I could feel or see, but it was not improving...

I kept thinking, ā€œIt’s probably nothing.ā€ Yet,it kept showing up. Over and over again.

In November, I decided to have it checked. The dentist took X-rays and found a large infection deep in the jawbone…
from a failed root canal I had when I was 12 (59 years ago!!)

It wasn’t surfacing up in the gums.
It wasn’t causing any obvious symptoms.
It was quietly brewing and digging into the bone...and possibly eventually the cranial nerves...

At Christmas the surgery was booked, dentist had to cancel, her stand-in wouldn't touch it, too complicated he said.

Yesterday, the oral surgeon removed the root and cleaned out the infection.
It was a complex procedure because the root had adhered around and between the other molars.
But today, my mouth is stitched, the source is gone, and now the real healing can begin.

Since the extraction, my sinuses feel clearer.
The heavy, tired feeling behind my eyes seems to have lifted.
My jaw hurts if I laugh and stretch on the stiches, but overall recovery is smooth thanks to my scanner friends beaming me frequencies to dull the pain and reduce swelling.

This all has made me reflect on something deeply...

šŸ’›Grateful for the nudge to look deeper.
🩷Grateful for what I couldn’t see yet.
ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹Grateful the scan detected it before it got worse.
šŸ’–Grateful I paid attention, and was curious enough to not ignore the nudge.

There was no pain to warn me, just a quiet signal picked up in the frequencies scanned daily, that something the body wasn't able to repair on her own, needed attention.

Sometimes the body whispers long before it ever screams.
Sometimes the most important things are happening beneath the surface, without sensations or our knowledge.

Today I’m simply grateful I listened, deeper damage averted. Healing assistance occurring.

When I’m in a mood, I don’t try to think my way out of it.
I go create. I clean. I go shovel snow ...or I paint.

I move colour around.
I let my hands say what my words can’t.
My bedroom has slowly turned into my own little art gallery…
My Tree of Endless Possibilities Mural.
My Dragon Portal with keys to unlock....

Each one holds a different feeling.
A different moment.
A different version of me.
And the interesting part is this...
when I’m creating, something shifts.

My breathing changes.
My nervous system softens.
My mind quiets.
It’s almost like I’m tuning myself.

Because creativity has a frequency.
Colour has a frequency.
Emotion has a frequency.
And when we express instead of suppress, something inside us comes back into harmony.

Some people paint.
Some garden.
Some sing.
Some cook.
Some build...

We all have a way our body likes to rebalance.

How do you express your creativity? šŸŽØāœØ

There’s a Frequency for That šŸ¦‹

Science says there’s a frequency beneath every issue, every pain, every dis-ease.
And as long as we try to fix the problem, we remain tuned to the signal that created it.

Awakening isn’t something you achieve.
It isn’t a goal.
It’s a metamorphosis...
a surrender of what we no longer need to be.

The caterpillar doesn’t think its way into becoming a butterfly.
It doesn’t fix, correct, or repair itself.
It allows its former structure to dissolve.
And when the butterfly takes flight, nothing of the caterpillar remains.

This is the part we often miss in healing.

We don’t rise by fighting patterns.
We rise by releasing the frequency of identification with them.
When the signal changes, the story changes.
When the frequency shifts, the form follows.

Sound is never neutral.
It can agitate a system or return it to rhythm.

We are always being tuned...
by the noise we absorb
and by the frequencies we allow in.
The body doesn’t argue with frequency. It entrains.

This is why transformation doesn’t come from effort or forcing, but from what we allow ourselves to be tuned by.

Some transformations happen when we stop resisting and let the frequency hold us.

Like a body resting in snow,
arms open, letting the field shape the wings.

Silence is a healing frequency too.
As is rest.
As is play.

What if frequency has been the doorway all along? šŸ¦‹

I am grateful for frequency healing because it fits into real life.

I use it on everything.
My body.
My emotions.
My home.
My relationships.
Yes… even my Finances and bank account.

Someone once jokingly called me an ā€œenergy healing junkie.ā€
I laughed, because if we are truly energy, frequency, and consciousness at our core…
then why wouldn’t I support my life through energy?

What I love most is how gentle it is.
Physical and chemical approaches can be slow, heavy, and sometimes come with side effects.

But frequency work feels precise.
It works with the system, not against it.
It listens. It responds. It supports.

And the only side effects I’ve ever noticed are:
smiling more,
humming to myself,
and feeling quietly, deeply happy for no particular reason.

If that’s an addiction… I’m grateful for it. ✨
Because healing doesn’t have to be a struggle.
Sometimes it’s just a matter of being in the right frequency long enough for the body and mind to remember how to come back into balance.
