In 2025, served thousands of community members and we're proud to receive satisfaction rates that consistently approach 100%. Our staff is amazing but we can't - and don't - serve our region in isolation. Many thanks to our Board of Directors and other dedicated volunteers, as well as the donors, funders, sponsors, community partners and many others who are the wind beneath our wings. You are all seen and deeply appreciated. We look forward to continuing our important work together in 2026!

This holiday season, thanks to the generous support of ShareLife & Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Toronto through their Food Security Grant, was able to partner with Barrie Housing to provide 150 Christmas food hampers to the communtiy.

These hampers helped ensure local families, youth, and individuals had access to essentials and a sense of dignity during a season that can be especially challenging. We’re grateful for partners who step up to support food security and strengthen our community.

Stay tuned for more initiatives in 2026 thanks to this funding and ShareLife’s commitment to living the gospel by providing for those in need.

Catholic Family Services of Simcoe County is a non-profit organization offering professional counselling services and education.

Our services are available to everyone living or working in Simcoe County regardless of age, ability, cultural or religious background, race, sexual orientation or gender identity.

We are the only family service agency in the county that doesn’t have admission criteria related to a particular diagnosis, such as, mental health, serious behaviour disorders, developmental delays, or medical/physical disabilities.

We offer free walk-in counselling services at 6 locations around Simcoe-Muskoka.
