Should I keep going??

When someone comes in for their first visit, I am very careful not to limit the discussion of what is possible for them and their health. Will they be out of pain? Likely yes. Will they have better range of motion? 💯
… But the bigger picture that is a part of the conversation is what is possible in your life with a clear nervous system?

The possibilities are endless, when you are aligned.

Mid back pain from sitting too long??
This is a common area of the spine to hold tension and stress, AND if these vertebrae aren’t moving properly that means a lot more than just back pain!
⬇️
-Difficulty to take a deep breath, because of the association with the ribs
-overwhelm of the adrenals
-compromised immune system
-digestive issues

The nerves exiting T6 to T10, are responsible for a lot!
See, not just about back pain!
It’s all about proper movement and proper nervous system function. 💡

What does it mean for you, or your family, or your community when you carefully evaluate your thoughts, words, and actions aligning the intentions.

For me, this is a quiet contemplation daily looking at my current snapshot of life, and seeing if it will get me to the life I want and envision 5, 10, 20 years down the road.
