In a magic bullet add 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, u can use a flavoured one if you like , 200 grams full fat cottage cheese, 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder , or another flavour. Play around with this recipe. You may want to add some stevia or monk fruit , if you like a bit of sweetness
1 tap vanilla , 1 egg . Blend . Fill two ramekins. Top with a your favorite fruit .Bake at 35 degrees approx 25 minutes cool in fridge and enjoy. .
