Tara Nicholls, Registered Massage Therapist, provides therapeutic and relaxation massage. Learned in the practice of Swedish Massage, I am registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO). Tara also provides Cranial Sacral Therapy (level 1&2 Upledger), Cupping Massage (dry cupping), visceral Manipulation (barral), Neuromuscular release (barral)Acupressure (level 2) and Reiki (Master reiki designation) is a member of the Canadian Reiki Association). Massage Therapy is quickly becoming understood as a very integral part of your personal health care team. a successful massage program involves a full assessment and treatment plan specific to your individual needs. Therapeutic Massage is beneficial for your muscle, fascia and joint health. Excellent for aiding stress-reduction, massage is optimal for your personal well-being. It’s that time of year again! Starting to see sore low backs coming in. Here are some great stretches for before and after gardening. Please walk around a bit to warm your muscles BEFORE you stretch. This helps to prevent injury from stretching cold muscles and during gardening! Bend your knees and keep your back straight when lifting. Avoid twisting motions with heavy loads, and stretch your back out once in a while. Happy Gardening 🧑‍🌾👨‍🌾🪴🪏🌹🪻🌸🌺🌷🌻

I recognized the cost of living is rising, so have kept my increase incredibly reasonable (and well below the RMTAO price recommendation for our region).
