Today we wear pink!

Our CMHA team is coming together this Pink Shirt Day to stand up to bullying and stand for kindness, inclusion, and connection.

Every act of kindness helps create spaces where people feel safe, supported, and seen. And those moments of connection can make a meaningful difference for mental health.

Sprinkle kindness wherever you go today and every day.

Together, we can build a more compassionate, inclusive community where everyone can thrive. 💗

Right now, 100,000 Canadians are participating in to push for better mental health — for themselves, for their communities, and for us all.

Today, we have one goal: raise $100,000 to power this movement forward.

Every push-up represents a life lost to su***de.

You don’t have to do 2,000 push-ups to make a difference.

If you’re able to give, this is the moment to join the movement and show that mental health is essential, not optional.

That’s why it was an honour to recently drop the puck at the Talk Today game in with the , a powerful reminder of the role sport can play in building stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities.

As one of Canada’s most comprehensive mental health programs in amateur sport, Talk Today is advancing mental health awareness, education, and meaningful conversations.
