❄️ Winter Hours at Serenity ❄️

As we settle into the snowy, cozier rhythm of winter, we’re here to support you through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and parenting.

Our winter shop hours:
🕘 Monday–Friday: 9:30am–3:00pm
🕘 Saturday: 9:30am–1:00pm
🚪 Closed Sundays

✨ A quick note: our incredible practitioners each operate their own clinic hours, which may include evenings and times outside of regular shop hours—so there’s often support happening behind the scenes even when the shop doors are closed.

🧸 Time to get moving, little ones! 🧸

Little Moverz classes start Jan 29th in the Serenity Studio, and we can’t wait to see your babies explore, play, and grow!

Whether they’re just starting to scoot, crawling like a pro, or somewhere in between, there’s a class to fit their stage:

1️⃣ Non-Moverz: For pre-crawlers — tummy time, early motor skills, and sensory fun.
2️⃣ Moverz: For babies on the move — build strength, balance, and confidence with creative challenges.
3️⃣ Combo: For in-betweeners — boost mobility, core strength, and gross motor skills with playful activities.

Every class includes bubbles, parachute play, and plenty of social time — all designed to make purposeful floor time fun for you and your baby!

The countdown to Christmas is on and we wanted to share our holiday hours with you 🎄

Serenity will be open for regular business hours until December 23, so there’s still time to pop in and grab those last-minute essentials, thoughtful gifts, and sweet stocking stuffers.

From December 24 – January 4, we’ll be pressing pause so our team can soak up time with their families (and a little rest too). We’ll be back and ready to welcome you for winter hours starting January 5!
