Here’s what you can do today to help your posture and give your spine some relief:
✅Take a 1-minute break every 30–45 minutes: stand up, roll the shoulders, stretch the front of your chest.
✅Raise your screen (laptop / phone) so your eyes are level with it.
✅When sitting: keep your feet flat, hips back in the chair, spine upright not slouched.
