Meet Dr. Negin Vaziri, Naturopathic Doctor, at DEL.FIT. 🙋🏼‍♀️

Dr. Negin brings a whole-person, patient-centred approach to care, helping patients better understand their body, their symptoms, and the patterns that may be affecting their health.

Recovery isn’t a luxury, it’s physiology.

Each tool in our recovery suite targets a different system in your body to accelerate how you adapt, repair, and perform:

1. Infrared Sauna → Circulation + Cellular Stress Response
Infrared heat raises core temperature, increasing blood flow and activating heat shock proteins (HSPs). These proteins help repair damaged cells, support muscle recovery, and improve cardiovascular efficiency. Sweating also supports the body’s natural detox pathways.

2. Cold Plunge (50°F) → Inflammation + Nervous System Reset
Cold exposure causes vasoconstriction, helping reduce localized swelling and inflammatory markers post-training. It also stimulates the parasympathetic rebound effect—meaning better recovery, improved HRV, and a calmer nervous system after the plunge.

3. Normatec Compression → Venous Return + Waste Clearance
