Getting into our flow
‘Flow’ is such a wonderful word. It describes so much and has so many uses. When we were coming together with a name for our business we kept thinking about what it was that we were striving to achieve when working 1 on 1 with our clients.
Health and energy flow kept coming up - “if we can work to allow the body’s energy to flow, it leads us to natural balance and health...” What better name than Let Health Flow!
Health is in us. We have an innate intelligence guiding it. Our body knows how to heal itself - isn’t that fascinating? We just need to get out of the way and let our body do it’s job.
Renato and I met in Massage Therapy school, so we both had a keen interest in science, health and a natural passion for giving back and helping others when needed.
