Stomach Hunger - this is a physical need for food, our stomach is growling

Mouth Hunger - refers to a food craving, we want something because it tastes good

Heart Hunger - when we're eating because of our emotions

Today marks my 5 year anniversary as a Dietitian at Zehrs so I thought I would look at some old photos. The first photo was when we decided to have a booth at the Barrie fair and I dragged my dietitian sign with me. I think only one person talked to me seriously about my Dietitian services but hey..I still hustled. It’s funny to look back at old photos to see how my job has changed in five years!
