You are invited you to step into a moment of cosmic pause—and to remember that the real gift of Christmas is your presence.

On Sunday Dec. 21st, you are invited to gather in ceremony to honor this turning point with a Solstice Soul Quest Journey.

You will be guided into a relaxed, meditative state, journeying into the subconscious to release old stories, stress & emotional weight that no longer belong to the future unfolding ahead.

In each restorative posture, you will receive a lot of LOVE through hands-on Thai massage from myself and my Thai massage students ♥️ with abundant time to sink deeply into stillness, reawakening your innate capacity to heal.

We will close by inviting the subconscious to envision new seeds for the coming year, carried by the sounds of quartz crystal bowls and shamanic instruments.
