This Fall, we took on a family project to raise our own chicken for meat. Turns out it takes our family longer than expected to go through one whole chicken. We have about 10 freshly frozen whole chickens available for sale. $5/lb, ranging in size from 5-7ish lbs. Message if interested 😊

I'm excited to share that my book, "Infertility Lies: A journey of discovering truth", is complete.

My hope is that this book will help encourage people facing infertility. Infertility rocked my world. I learned a lot. I'm grateful for my experience and where it has led me, as a person and as a family.

Our office and many who had the privilege of knowing Connie Fina are grieving with her beautiful family.

We are so very Sad to pass along the news of the passing of our good Friend and Colleague , Connie (Donato) Giguere. Connie passed away at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie the evening of Thursday September 9.
Most of you would know Connie because she was a friendly face at our front desk from 2012 to 2016 . She left our office to persue a wonderful opportunity with both the Public and Catholic School Boards, but not before she did everything in her power to ensure things at her post were in good hands before her departure.

Connie was the most kind and caring individual anyone could possibly know. There are none finer. She was reliable to a fault in her duties and in her character. If there could ever be a synonym for the word Integrity, I believe it would have to simply be her name, Connie Giguere.

Her passing was sudden and it leaves our community with huge grief. She leaves behind many sad hearts including Her Mother and Father who moved to Barrie just 2 years ago from Sault Ste Marie to be nearer to her and her Husband, Eric, and their two young children, Abbygael and Matheo as well as her two Brothers Eddie and his wife Cathy, and David and his wife Andrea and their children, all of whom are residing in Barrie.
Eric has had a noble career with the Canadian Military and he and Connie were Married 5 years ago. Our staff was present at this wonderful event to participate in the celebration. We were all close with Connie and with Eric and our hearts absolutely ache not just for ourselves but for her entire family and all of her many many friends.

We are so grateful and so fortunate to have been represented by Connie at our Office. We are grateful to have formed the relationship we did with her and Eric and her two children, and her family. This news will be a difficult thing for us all to process, as I am sure it will be for many of you. Please help honour her memory, and help her family process this by sharing your thoughts, prayers, and memories with us and others. She was indeed Exceptional.

Gratitude.

Today I feel grateful for friends and family who messaged and supported my transition back to work. I’m grateful for a job I love and being able to see patients online and in person, I’ve missed you. I’m grateful for my husband’s parental leave to care for our boy.

Back at it and feeling good! Now for some night time charting next to my sleeping boy 🥰

We are home and savouring.

Our little ray of sunshine is settling in just fine at home. He is one resilient little rockstar, we are so proud of him. He completes our family in the most beautiful and adorable way!

Our sweet Pete* has been in our hearts for the past year and in our arms the past 2 weeks. Both have never been so full 💕

*everyone in Thailand has a Thai name but are all called by their nickname. Anuwat’s nickname is Pete

... and they were never the same again 💕

These little feet joined our family a few days ago and since then time has stood still. He is perfect in every way, a match made in heaven.

We are soaking up every minute. Playing while he is awake and looking at pictures and videos while he sleeps. We can’t get enough.
