This free, hands-on CPR clinic is your chance to learn what to do in those first critical moments before help arrives. No exams, no pressure, just practical skills you can carry with you forever. You’ll practice real techniques for

✓ CPR on adults, children and infants

✓ Helping someone who is choking

✓ Using an AED with confidence
