It’s been so fun to work on something new! I truly love every single piece of jewelry I make but during peak season I can feel a little bit like a one man assembly line operating on autopilot 🤣 The quieter moments between summer and holiday markets are such a blessing because they offer me the time and space to allow my creativity to flow again. These tiny adjustable bracelets are a new favourite right now and I’m so excited to bring them to this weekend. Baby steps in the right direction are big wins in my eyes. I had a client come in recently and her body wasn’t recognizing the frequency of water (which is so important for so many things, particularly the eczema we’re focused on) and at her she second appointment she mentioned that she’s really been enjoying drinking water since her initial visit. She was drinking water before but not enjoying it and needing something in her water like lemon or an electrolyte powder to get it in but something definitely changed after that first appointment. This small shift is a big deal, an undeniable change in the body that has a profound ripple effect allowing every system in the body to now operate more efficiently.

The message today is celebrate small wins, each one is a bigger deal that you might realize…and also that BIE is a pretty cool modality that you might want to know more about 😉

The biggest thank you to everyone who came out to this weekend! Mother Nature offered up a little bit of everything this weekend but you still showed up and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Sleep is so vital to optimal health but sadly it doesn’t come easily for the majority of people I talk to. It doesn’t seem fair that something that should come naturally is such a struggle for so many. There are many reasons for this but these two vials right here speak volumes to me when they come up in a session.

We all know what Melatonin is, a hormone that regulates your circadian rhythm allowing you to fall asleep at a reasonable hour without the frustration of tossing and turning for hours on end. So many people lean on this supplement to help them sleep which there’s nothing wrong with and can be super helpful in the short term but getting to the root of the why you’re having trouble sleeping is the key to inviting your body to start producing Melatonin on its own again and regulating your sleep cycle naturally. In BIE terms, if your body doesn’t recognize the frequency of Melatonin of course it won’t make it because it doesn’t know why it would need to and in some cases the Melatonin supplement you’ve been taking doesn’t even work because your body doesn’t know what to do with that either. Interesting right?

Delta brain waves are the slowest brain waves that occur during deep restorative sleep. I’m sure this sounds like an unattainable state of bliss when you struggle with sleep right? So what happens if your body isn’t recognizing these brain waves? It won’t have any reason to take you there because it doesn’t even know what they are! No wonder you don’t sleep well if your body isn’t recognizing Melatonin or the delta brain waves.

So what do you do about it? This is where BIE comes in and we reintroduce those frequencies so your body recognizes them again. Once your body recognizes them it can start producing Melatonin and allow you to finally slip into that peaceful delta brain wave state and sleep is no longer such a struggle. Obviously there can be other contributing factors but this is one giant step in the right direction if these frequencies can aren’t in balance. It not only offers an explanation but also hands you one really important piece to your puzzle of reclaiming your sleep. Pretty cool right?

Prep for has been in full swing and with only 2 days left until opening day I can see the finish line! I made 20 stunning new necklaces yesterday! Market applications often ask you to share what makes you unique and these necklaces are it for me. My minimal style of wrapping is truly unique, just enough wire to cradle the stone but not cover up these breathtaking minerals that Mother Nature has created for us. I can honestly say I don’t see my style of wrapping at any of the other markets I do. This is what I love so much about being a maker, everyone has their own brand of magic even if we use the same raw materials. It’s pretty cool! Want a sneak peek into what I made yesterday?
