We’re keeping things simple… a couple special classes and your regular favourites all weekend long.

Friday 9:30am Hot Power (with hands-on assists ✨)
Saturday + Monday regular schedule
Sunday 10:30am Hot Power

Drop-in rate is $10, with all funds going directly toward supporting maternal and perinatal health.
