Avoiding asthma triggers is your first line of defence against an attack — and small changes can make a big difference. 💙

🌿 Pollen: Keep windows closed & use A/C
🧼 Dust mites: Wash bedding in hot water, remove carpets
🐾 Pet dander: Keep pets off furniture & out of bedrooms
🌫️ Mould: Use a dehumidifier & avoid freshly cut grass
🚬 Smoke & cold air: Avoid smoky areas, cover your nose in cold weather
🏃 Exercise: Take reliever meds before activity & warm up properly
