When I hear claims that try to rope people in like you don’t have to skip the beer, wine, pizza, burgers & fries 🍟 that makes me sick! It’s a scam.

Listen, if you want your fitness goals you have to get your diet on point, that’s the truth!

My method is straight up clean eating protocol, high in protein with clean carbs and exercise. I use hypnosis to help my clients reduce their resistance to making that shift.

High cortisol levels causes your body to hold fat. Cortisol is the stress hormone and signals to the body “danger” store fat for survival.

Everyday during our waking state we are in the beta wave frequency and most often we are actually in high beta which a state of stress - releasing cortisol.

Break the cycle by practicing moving your brain wave into alpha or theta for best results.

1- Try deep breathing or meditation. Focus on your breath and visualize the air moving into your body and filling your lungs and moving back out of the body. Focusing on one thing like this will slow your thoughts. 💭

2- Hypnosis is technically the brain wave frequency of theta, and you can practice self hypnosis (not as effective as working with a hypnotherapist). FYI - hypnosis is also known as the state of Super-Learning.

In this video I am using light entrainment glasses to induce theta, so I can effectively reach theta quick and easy. You can also try sound entrainment.

The key to reducing your cortisol level is reducing the brain🧠 wave frequency at minimum to alpha, the best is theta.
