Not all pain is the same.

So then not all pain can be treated the same way.

With acute pain, there’s always an anatomical, structural reason. And the bottom line is to respect the body and let the structure heal.

But with chronic pain, it is not solely a physical phenomenon.  There are lots of intricate, complex interactions within the brain.

Effective treatment of chronic pain involves recognizing the role of neuroplasticity. But also include movement, nutrition, emotional regulation, and lifestyle modifications.

Personalized and holistic approaches improve the lives of those living with chronic pain.
