Many of the symptoms parents worry about — headaches, constipation, fatigue, irritability, poor focus — can be worsened by not drinking enough water.

The good news? It doesn’t have to be complicated.

👍 Offer water regularly.
👍 Model it yourself.
👍 Send a water bottle to school.
👍 Add extra when they’re active or sick.
