Dr. Tim Lahn is a Chiropractor who proudly serves the Barrie area. He graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College magna cm laude in 2016. He earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Toronto, where he specialized in Human Biology, and graduating with High Distinction. He also attended the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, and received a diploma in Massage T

herapy. Dr. Tim uses a number of different techniques in his treatments, including chiropractic adjustments, contemporary medical acupuncture, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and cold laser therapy. Just as every patient he sees is different, his treatments are all carefully designed to match the individual needs of his patients. Tim is also proficient at teaching rehabilitative exercises, and encourages all his patients to be an active participant in their own recovery. Dr. Lahn is a strong believer that there is always more information to learn, so he regularly attends courses and seminars, as well as dedicating hours to study and research at home in order to stay up to date with the most current knowledge, and continue to provide the best care possible to those who entrust him with their health. In his free time, he is an avid musician, and enjoys spending time with his family.

I was so excited this morning to see that Izmyrada's has finally opened their doors across the street from us! Naturally I had to pop in to try it, and I was not disappointed! They're gradually introducing the menu and getting things off the ground, but I found the chicken shawarma delicious. The owner Eddie had just finished making his garlic sauce fresh, and it was fantastic 👌

I'm looking forward to trying everything on the menu as they bring it out. If you're in the area, please stop by to support them; they've had a really hard time getting the restaurant open over the last 2 years, and could use a good boost to get things going.

I had a great night out celebrating the birthdays of all 5 of our team at tonight! It's an unwritten rule that you must have a birthday in April or May to work at Complete Care Chiropractic.

I'm so proud of the amazing team we've built here. I couldn't ask for a better group of people. They're not just top notch therapists, but exceptional people. They're my family away from home. I'm so appreciative of each and every one of them.

The food at Cocelli's was delicious! I highly recommend it if you enjoy Turkish food. We were stuffed, and had plenty of leftovers.
