Hello there, I am Alexandria, I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2015, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Crescent Health Collective! As a competitive dancer, my interest in human anatomy and movement began at a young age, and lead me to my career path as both a RMT and a Certified Ballet Teacher. I believe that the foundation of health begins with movement, and will use a combination of deep tissue, myofascial, and stretching techniques to assist you in achieving your optimal health. Helping people continue to do the activities they love is what drives my passion for Massage Therapy. With experience in sports, paediatric, and prenatal care, I strive to help people meet their health goals through every stage of life. When I am not at the clinic, you can find me teaching dance, at the cottage with my family, reading, or walking my dog Kevin.
