We get it—you’re tired, you’ve washed your hair, and your pillow is calling your name. But here’s why sleeping on wet hair isn’t doing you (or your wig) any favors:

Wet hair = weaker hair = more breakage and tangles 😬
Moisture + warmth from your pillow can create a breeding ground for bacteria, which isn’t great for your scalp.
