Just because you're injured or dealing with pain doesn't mean you have to put your goals on hold.

Two days after another shoulder injury I'm implementing some cross education by training my strong and healthy right arm, while my left arm is immobilized for the next week. I'm no stranger to shoulder dislocations, so I'm hoping to utilize my experience and expertise to get back to full strength efficiently.

With all the uncertainty in the world, engaging in meaningful physical activity is my number one coping strategy to deal with stress, anxiety, and many other uncomfortable emotions.
