Tomorrow is the big day! I’m so excited to open the doors to my new clinic, Linden Health & Wellness 🍃

A huge thank you to all the amazing patients who have followed me along the way through the different clinics (and cities!).

It’s my long term patients who I kept in the forefront when designing this clinic.

I wanted to create a space that feels like a calm escape. A place to relax, restore, refocus. A place to prioritize you and your self care. A beautiful space for the beautiful people that have trusted me with their care, some for nearly a decade!

I have worked with so many amazing people over the years many of whom are like friends, even family, and I wanted to make a special place that honours how special they all are, but also welcoming and comfortable for anyone new walking through the doors.

I am also partnering with some amazing practitioners and having been in various spaces myself, I wanted to create a space where practitioners are also happy and comfortable, and feel connected.

That’s my goal, we’ve worked hard in a short amount of time to make it into a reality, and we will see where it goes from here!

When should we be starting women on hormone replacement therapy? No surprises on this - it depends. It depends on the actual hormone levels and proper assessment of those levels. It depends whether the symptoms are a result of estrogen and progesterone fluctuating or if it’s something else entirely. It depends on what the specific goal is. It depends on patient preference and quality of life. There isn’t a one size fits all approach to health and especially not when it comes to achieving a healthy hormone symphony! 💕

With all of the counterfeit supplements on Amazon I would encourage buying local from your trusted health food store, buying direct from your practitioner in person on using fullscript, or direct from the manufacturer if accessible. Many reports of Amazon supplements are counterfeit, contaminated, diluted, or not containing any active ingredients. Legit supplements should always have an NPN in Canada as well as :
• Lot number
• Expiry date
• Full ingredient panel

TEMPORARY OFFICE SPACE! ❤️☑️
Thankful for Laura Jackson and Kathy Degen who have graciously offered me the use of their office while we are working on a temporary location to replace the Essa road clinic after the fire.
For the next couple of weeks I will have my usual office hours and for the most part all of the same natural aesthetic treatments set up (with the exception of a couple back orders on chemical peels) but microdermabrasion, oxygenation trio, enzyme peel, cosmetic and traditional acupuncture/cupping will all be up and running for next week! Yay!

Estrogen does have a lot to do with our cardiovascular health and can be a pivotal piece of a woman’s health care plan, but we also can’t forget the foundational pieces - sleep, stress mgmt, movement. There are also some supplements that can be particularly beneficial but it’s better to apply to the individual vs a one size fits all. ❤️❤️

While we navigate rebuilding after the recent fire, I’m continuing to see patients virtually.

Online appointments are fully available for both new and existing patients — and in many cases, virtual care works beautifully for ongoing support, lab review, hormone care, metabolic health, gut health, and more. For those wishing to return to in office treatments, I will keep you all posted as soon as we have arranged a temporary clinic space.
