-If you test positive on a rapid COVID-19 test you should fill out the Report and Support online screening tool to be considered for medication/treatment.
-If you book a PCR test, you should fill out the Report and Support online screening tool to be considered for medication/treatment.

Complete the Report and Support online screening tool online at https://c19hc.nshealth.ca/self-report. If you are booking a PCR test by phone through 811, they will complete it for you. If you test positive on a rapid test and do not have access to the internet, you can call 1-833-797-7772 and a staff member will complete the form on your behalf.

Flu season is coming! Dr. Baker will be holding two flu vaccine clinics - on Friday, October 29th and Wednesday, November 3rd. Call the office at 902-575-3350 to book your appointment. Please note that these days are reserved for administering flu shots ONLY. Dr. Baker will not be able to address any additional medical needs during these appointments but we would be happy to book you an additional appointment on a non-flu clinic day.

Good news!

Starting Friday, May 7, Nova Scotia Health is adding an additional day each week for blood collection at the Barrington Health Centre. Currently blood collection takes place at Barrington each Tuesday and Thursday.

On-site blood collection services will be available:
▪️ Tuesdays, from 7 a.m. to noon
▪️ Thursdays, from 7 a.m. to noon
▪️ Fridays, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. (starting May 7)

Patients wishing to book an appointment online at Nova Scotia Health sites offering this service can visit https://booking.nshealth.ca any time.

You can also make appointments by phone. Call toll-free: 1-833-998-2722. Call for an appointment 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

At this time, patients are only able to book blood collection appointments three weeks in advance.
