Spring Herb walk in Barry's Bay! The first sprouts of plants announce spring and the promise that summer brings. Spring time plants are all about tonics! Get you liver, kidneys and digestion moving after a long winter. Admission is free but these walks always sell out so register early! Link to register is here or use the QR code.

Update: Both the 9:30am walk and the 11am walk have filled to capacity. Registration is now closed. Thank you everyone! We are planning walks for July and August and will post details on this page. Have a great long weekend!

I had a patient come out of an Acupuncture treatment today so blissed-out that she said “Dr. Murray I think I’m Accu-Drunk”. Tee hee. That tickled my funny bone.

Acupuncture is terrific for relieving stress and anxiety. In fact I’ve had a patient coming to see me (until recently when I moved) since 1999 for Acupuncture treatments once a month because she swore it kept her off of Prozac. She called it her monthly tune up.

Love what I do and serving the people I do.

We still have spots available for Volunteer First Aiders at the Killaloe Craft Fair August 8, 9, 10. Three hour shifts. Awesome community event. Excellent music. Help us keep everyone safe and having a great weekend.

Must have a valid First Aid certificate, Life Guards and Wilderness First Aiders definately qualify OR be a registered health professional registered with RHPA.

If you are interested and want to recertify your first aid, Red Cross is holding a bunch of courses this month to qualify you 🙂. Link in the comments.
