A blocked tear duct is very common in newborns — but many parents are told to simply “wait and see”.
Osteopathy can gently help release the tension around the nose, eyes and upper jaw so the tear duct can drain more freely.

What I look at during a session:
✨ how the bones of the face move (especially around the nose + maxilla)
✨ tension from birth that may restrict the tear duct
✨ comfort of the eyes and surrounding tissues

When the area is supported and relaxed, tears can finally drain properly instead of overflowing or causing sticky eyes.

If your little one has persistent watery or sticky eyes, osteopathy might help.
You can book online or send me a message if you have questions 🤍

✨The last weeks of pregnancy can come with a lot of physical tension, pressure and sometimes uncertainty about how to best prepare your body for birth.
Osteopathy offers a gentle and supportive way to help your body adapt and create more comfort before labour begins.

By improving mobility in the pelvis, diaphragm and surrounding tissues, osteopathy can help:
* reduce pain and pressure
* improve breathing and relaxation
* support baby’s positioning
* and prepare your body for a smoother postpartum

Every body and every pregnancy is unique — the goal is not to “force” anything, but to restore balance and mobility so your body can do what it’s designed to do.

✨If you’re in the last weeks of pregnancy, your body is making a lot of biomechanical adjustments to prepare for birth.

Osteopathy can help your pelvis move more freely, so your baby has the space they need to engage comfortably.

By working on the sacrum, pelvic joints and surrounding soft tissues, we help restore mobility and reduce the tensions that can limit movement in the last days before labour.

✨This is especially helpful if you feel:
• pressure in the pelvis
• discomfort when walking or turning in bed
• baby still “sitting high”
• difficulty finding a comfortable position

A well-mobilised pelvis supports labour progress and helps baby position themselves more easily for birth.

Save this if you’re 36+ weeks and preparing your body for delivery.
