The hops are in their full glory. Every year I look forward to seeing their spindly journey, as we watch our seeds of intention find their path.

Excited to enjoy them for a few more practices before they’re harvested at the end of the month! Our practices will then transition into the Old Barn for the remainder of the season.

I (Isabelle) am taking a much needed weekend away in the woods camping in celebration of the completion of my exams, my birthday, and my & Ben’s anniversary!

We’ll be back next week August 10th, before taking another weekend away for Back to the Farm.

Looking forward to seeing you on your mat soon.

ℕ𝕒𝕧𝕒 is back!!!

I’m thrilled Nava is joining us for her 4th year at the farm. Get ready for a killer playlist, and the movement you know and love at the farm.

Nava has been practicing yoga since she was a student in Montreal. After settling into the Modo Yoga community, she became a Modo Yoga teacher, as well as a part owner at Modo Yoga St Clair West in Toronto. Currently her day job is as COO of Modo Yoga International.
