Statins are poison, I would NEVER take them

PPIs are also poison and should NEVER be used long term

Statins can cause many serious ailments like Alzheimer's, heart failure, diabetes and debilitating joint or muscle pain

All without improving your quality of life or lifespan - but your LDL blood work will improve! 😑

PPIs used long term can cause severe constipation, parasite infections, muscle wasting, fatigue, bone cancer and stomach cancer!



What's the cause and solution to "high cholesterol" and heart burn? Too much to type here but to keep it simple

Adequate sunlight on you skin and eyes (without burning)
Good sulfur metabolism (I have a reset protocol)
A diet low in sugar, alcohol snd processed foods
Low exposure to glyphosate
Good liver health & function

A diet full of whole, organic foods
Chew your food super well
No water with meals
No black coffee on empty stomach
Drink lemon water or apple cider vinegar in water before meals
Address the structural alignment of your spine and ribcage and organs - ie the hiatal hernia if that's an issue you have

Cholesterol is an essential nutrient, it is your friend! I've sent this documentary and many other resources to many clients this week - I also shared this to my free Patreon account (see link in comments to join)

You brain NEEDS cholesterol. Your hormones NEED cholesterol. Cholesterol does NOT cause heart disease. It IS found in plaques, it is NOT the cause of plaques!

High LDL and low HDL is a possible sign of oxidative stress from too much stress, too much sugar, poor blood sugar balancing, cigarette smoking and not enough sunlight on your skin!

Yes, sunlight on your skin can reduce your LDL and improve the health of your arteries!

Sunlight on your skin produces cholesterol-sulfate so you don't need LDL.

You also need good sulfur metabolism - this is a bigger story, see my blog for more (and get on my email list for my next FLOW Foundations sulfur reset program - see link in comments to get on my email list).

It has a double meaning: H3O2 = Howatt's Holistic Health One on One Training, but also it represents this extraordinary water known as EZ or 4th Phase water. It is the basis of your health!

THINKING and MINDSET are two BIG components of my holistic approach to personal training and health coaching

If you have stinkin'thinkin, if you are hyper focused on your faults, your pain, what's "wrong" with you or your job or life and yet aren't taking steps to change it...you're just creating more of the same

Change your thoughts, change your life

One day at a time, you can reprogram your mind

It's those unconscious limiting beliefs that can be a real sticking point though for sure

I'm not here to gas-light you and make this sound easy because it's not

But the first step is to get clear on what it is you do want, what is your DREAM? What is your goal? Or what do you want to stop or change? And WHY?

Then start to work on presence and awareness

"The power of now" Eckhart Tolle

"You are not your thoughts, you are their observer" Eckhart Tolle/Carl Jung and I'm sure many other spiritual teachers

Your thoughts are POWERFUL

Observe them, are there patterns? Are they DREAM affirmative or Nighmare affirmative?

Then it's a good idea to come up with a a DREAM affirmative present tense statement, then say it out loud everyday with FEELING

The thoughts are electric and the feeling is magnetic, you need both to manifest your reality ✨️

Going to brush up on my CHEK Scientific Shoulder course this weekend! 💪

If you have Shoulder pain you need to be properly assessed to figure out if it's a mechanical, postural problem or a biochemical, energetic problem, or both!

By biochemical, energetic I mean poor sulfur metabolism and a sulfate deficiency, a stressed liver (that reflexes to the right shoulder), a stressed stomach (that reflexes to the left shoulder) and/or issues with suppressed anger or communication - as the neck, throat chakra, is connected to the shoulder

A shoulder problem is a neck problem

A neck problem is a shoulder problem

All exercise is generally good for you..BUT..some movements, some machines, are not good to do frequently - it depends, this is why having the background knowledge of functional Anatomy and scientific program design is key to a safe and effective exercise program

I've worked with many women over the years who were very weak & uncoordinated despite going to the gym for years

How could this be?? Because not all exercises are equal in their effectiveness and risk/reward

These women did the same program, over and over for years - that's how you slow down progress PS

They did cardio on a machine and "weights" on the circuit machines

When you use fixed axis machines as your base, you WILL create a dumb, unathletic, uncoordinated body at high risk of injury

Why? How? Because you don't need any core integration when using these machines

You don't need any joint stability

You don't need any agility, balance or coordination

ALL THINGS YOU NEED FOR REAL LIFE MOVEMENT DEMANDS

This is why I always say I am training my clients for LIFE

To participate in life with ease and strength

To rake leaves without wrecking your back

To hang laundry without hurting your shoulder

To pick up your grandkid who gets bigger everyday

To hike that beautiful trail with your dog 🐕

To easily walk 20 000 steps when on holiday in Europe
