Mommy & Baby Yoga pop-up is back!

This gentle, low-pressure class is designed for moms and their little ones—best suited for babies 2–6 months (pre-crawling). It’s the perfect way to ease back into movement postpartum, connect with your body, and spend intentional time with your baby.
This is a feeding-friendly space, and you’re always welcome to pause, tend to your baby, and rejoin whenever it feels right. Caregivers are welcome to attend in mom’s place as well.

✨ Please ensure you’ve been cleared for physical activity postpartum
This is a one-time pop-up class—you can book a drop-in or use your existing memberships/passes.
