🌀My one word for 2026 is FLOW🌀

This year, I’m choosing to go with the flow.
To trust the process.
To believe the universe has my back.
To release attachment to outcomes, goals, and deadlines—and soften into what’s unfolding.

If it’s not this… then it’s something better. Always!

FLOW reminds me to move with life instead of against it, to listen, to surrender control, and to allow ease where I once pushed.

My Story

Working in the Nursing profession in a hospital setting for the past 30 years, I have seen the devastating effects of stress, lifestyle choices and our toxic environment. As a Cancer Thriver for the last 14 years, I have become passionate about holistic health, living in a synthetic chemical-free home and practicing self care.

I love sharing my healing journey and empowering others in finding their Joy & Wellness through energy therapy, yoga, meditation, chakra healing and essential oils. I only use and recommend the purest therapeutic-grade essential oils by Young Living. I am a Healing Touch Practitioner - Apprentice, certified Chakra Activation Method (CAM) practitioner and 200 hour Yoga Teacher in training. I offer meditation classes, workshops and retreats, combining various healing modalities.
