WE ARE BACK!

The Dieppe Walking Club is stepping into a brand new season—and this time, we’re walking with purpose!

Our latest program is designed to help you train and prepare for the Legs for Literacy 5K or 10K event. Whether you're a first-time walker or looking to challenge yourself, we’ve got you covered.

Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM for a fun and supportive walk led by the Medispine team.

For the first two weeks, we’ll focus on steady walking to ease in—then for the following six weeks, we’ll incorporate hill training to help build strength and endurance. Under each event listing, you’ll find a brief description of that week’s walk or training, so you know exactly what to expect. Stay tuned for updates!

This 8-week program is all about boosting your health, increasing your energy, pushing your limits, and getting YOU ready to conquer that 5K or 10K.
Everyone is welcome—and best of all, it’s FREE!

We walk rain or shine, so dress for the weather and let’s move forward together.
