So here's the thing. I promised the team out to a night at The Keg when Julie Carroll reaches 60k follows on her Instagram page. Julie is the "bird nerd" of our team and we love that about her.
She has a spectacular Instagram account called Julies Nature and is a local celebrity for being the first to spot the Steller's Sea Eagle. This encounter has grown her page to 57k followers. Now we want to get her 60k.

We would like to send out a huge congratulations to Courtney on graduating from the Academy of Professional Naturopaths & Naturotherapists with the highest of honors with a diploma in Naturopathic Certification

Naturopathy is a preventive medicine with ancient roots in the art of living with a deep understanding of the Laws of Nature. A naturopath is a health educator who seeks to maximize the overall health of an individual by allowing the individual to take charge of their health.

Courtney is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTNL & NLMTA, a certified Reiki Master Teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association, a certified Reflexologist, a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and now officially a Naturopath registered with the Alliance of Professional Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada.

Courtney can encourage you to maximize your health with proper food hygiene, physical exercise or muscle hygiene, & neuropsychic (mental & emotional balance focusing on you as a whole) hygiene. Her sessions include a wide variety of techniques including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, pranayama, reflexology, manual techniques including massage and manipulations along with an energy focus through Acupressure points & Reiki.

She can now direct bill to almost all insurance companies and most benefit plans have an allowance for naturopathy separate from your massage allowance.

It is long overdue for us to finally give Julie a warm welcome to the Priority Wellness team. Julie is a registered massage therapist in the province who recently moved to the Bay Roberts area, and seeking to build her clientele in the community.

She is no stranger to the field with over 24 years experience. Julie practised in Toronto, St. John's, Flatrock, and now here with us.

She takes a holistic approach to most aspects of life and wants to do the same with her clients wellness. She is a very involved and caring therapist and because of this likes to take on clients who are just starting their health journey, to encourage them to move their body, get out in nature, get morning sunlight on their face and to help them discover the healing art of massage therapy.
